Reservation Policy

Please call us if you are running more than 15 minutes late for your reservation time - we have a 15 minute grace period and at busy times, we may not be able to hold your table.

We may contact you about this reservation so please ensure contact details are up to date.

Your table will be booked for up to 2 hours for parties of up to 8 people and 2 hours 30 minutes for parties of 9 or more - we will do our best to accommodate your party after your allotted table time in our bistro area.

If you would like to reserve your table for a longer time period, please speak to a member of staff prior to booking.

Please do not rely on leaving an answerphone message to reserve a table as this is not always picked up in time. 

The best way to reserve a table is via the online reservation system.

For parties of 8 or more, a discretionary service charge of 12% will be added to the total bill. 

Cancellation Policy

Bookings of 8 or more, guests will require a £10 per person deposit to be paid at least one week prior to the booking date - this can be paid via bacs, by card transaction over the phone or in the bistro. 

***For cancellations or change in guest numbers - the deposit will be charged at £10 per person unless we receive at least 12 hours notice of cancellation or of updating amount of guests. 

In any case, please endeavour to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your booking.

The appropriate deposit amount will be deducted from the total bill upon your visit. ***Subject to Terms & Conditions

Children Policy

Whilst children are very welcome, we would ask that they remain supervised by an adult at all times. Please also ensure that they remain seated at their table and they are not permitted to run around the restaurant due to health and safety reasons and for the consideration of our other guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

Dog Policy

Apologies, we do not accept dogs within the restaurant or bistro. Working guide dogs are of course welcome.
