ASSISTANT CHEF
We are looking for a hardworking individual with a passion and flair for cooking to join our team!
Our signature style is Spanish Tapas so plenty of opportunity to create lots of flavoursome dishes!
Experience not essential, as full training will be provided
Immediate Start
Approximate Shift Pattern
To include Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturday 10am till 3pm & 6pm till 10pm plus Bank Holidays when required
Duties
- To work alongside another chef and assist with the day to day running of the kitchen
- Participate in the planning and development of dishes
- To assist with stock control and ordering produce ensuring excellent quality and costing control
- Ensure that high standards of food hygiene are met within the kitchen environment
- Work alongside other members of staff in the kitchen with preparation of dishes prior to service, using technical methods, such as sous vide
- Refer to a computerised order system and understand the importance of following instruction, particularly with regard to allergens and also to ensure orders are completed accurately
- Work effectively as part of a team and as an individual during busy service, cooking a variety of food fresh to order
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including both kitchen and front of house staff
- Complete kitchen shut down procedures ensuring all documentation has been completed accordingly (Safer Food Better Business)
Hourly Rate
Wage dependent on experience, however standard hourly rate is set to at least £10.67

FRONT OF HOUSE SERVER
We are looking for a permanent Front of House Server to join our team!
Approximate Shift Pattern
Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12pm till 3pm
and Saturdays from 11am till 3pm plus Bank Holidays when required
Duties
- Work well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Prepare the restaurant ready for service, ensuring all tables are clean and set up correctly
- Ensure all equipment is clean and ready for service
- Participate in staff briefing prior to each shift to familiarise yourself with menu and availability
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders using epos system
- Prepare hot and cold drinks, including cocktails
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Clear tables of plates and glasses
- Take card and cash payments
- Use an online reservation system
- Answer phone calls professionally
- Ensure excellent customer care at all times
- Complete restaurant shut down procedures ensuring all areas are left clean and tidy
Hourly Rate
Wage dependent on age
18-19 Years £9.68
20-22 Years £10.43
23+ Years £10.67
